Being born & raised in Kansas City, the BBQ capitals of the nation, I missed the smokey flavor of barbecued meats. Chuck had his first smoker built and before he knew it, with the help of his family and friends, Chuck's BBQ quickly became one of the most talked about BBQ food 'must-haves'. All meats are slow smoked for hours with fruit wood to provide you with an authentic barbecue experience. NO GRILLING HERE! Word-of-mouth quickly brought in customers not only with the flavor of the food, but the customer service that came with it. Throughout the years, Chuck taught his daughter, Jenny, all his knowledge of the business and how to smoke the food to perfection. Together, they continued to grow the business and make it what it is today.

From a young age, Jenny had always dreamed of expanding one day. Having opened a restaurant before, Chuck knew the work involved and simply kept the idea as a possibility, but not a priority. As the years passed by and the demand grew bigger, it became more than just an idea. It became a goal. With Jenny's management background in the restaurant industry and Chuck's BBQ Catering growing, they decided it was time!
